Bio: Ryan LeClaire is a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with D2L Ltd., the US subsidiary of Desire2Learn Incorporated. He is responsible for working with higher education institutions in the western half of North America. Ryan is a former educator and eLearning professional. He began his career as an elementary teacher in Washington State and, after earning his M.Ed. degree in Professional Development, became a district-level professional development director. He then served as a director with Washington State’s education agency, overseeing instructional resource programs. Later, he served as the Director of Instructional Technology for a district in Washington State, where he also managed an online high school program. Ryan has also been a National Facilitator Trainer with Public Broadcasting Service’s online TeacherLine professional development program.
